Heretic films gets SHOCKHEADED!

"Shockheaded is a bizarre, mind-bending film-noir which plays like a collaboration between Raymond Chandler and David Lynch. A compulsorily-watchable movie. Thornett and company should be commended for their work." - Film Threat.

Heretic Films is proud to announce the official DVD release of Eric (Lethal Force) Thornett's award-winning genre-bending thriller Shockheaded!

In the far-off Fifth City, Noble lives alone in a rundown hotel room. Lately, someone has been sliding notes under his door, telling him to do things. He has dreams of a white mask lying on the ground. And two detectives have been harassing him, trying to get him to find a missing woman.

One day, a mysterious visitor arrives and sets Noble on a mission... find the woman and he will have all of his questions answered. Noble agrees, and sets off to uncover the mystery that leads him to darkness in places he never wanted to go.

Winner of "Best Horror Feature" at The Micro Cinema Festival 2004, Shockheaded is actually a dizzying blend of horror and film noir, painting a dark picture of greed and murder. Featuring "The Goddess of Independent Cinema", Debbie Rochon, in a memorably sympathetic role as the missing actress and a haunting score by Jason Russler, Shockheaded is a movie not to be missed!

Extras include:
- Audio commentary with Thornett, Jason Wauer and Jason Russler
- Deleted/expanded scenes
- Trailer
- The twisted short film Spider Ghost

DVD-ROM features:
- Downloadable MP3s of Russler's isolated soundtrack.

Shockheaded streets on June 27, 2006 at an SRP of $19.95.
