Subversive Cinema is proud to announce the single-disc edition of Marc Savage's Sensitive New Age Killer!

Originally available only in the sold-out four-disc Savage Sinema From Down Under collection, the demand for Savage's movies were so great that Subversive Cinema is now releasing them as gorgeous, single-film DVDs.

Sensitive New Age Killer is Savage's ode to classic Hong Kong-style gunplay. Paul Morris, a struggling hitman, has a complicated life. In addition to a daily routine of being shot at, beaten up, abused and, occasionally, blackmailed for sex by a horny cop who knows all his secrets, his psychotic partner, George, is sabotaging his jobs. To make matters worse, his wife, Helen, has become the target of George's "mother" fixation! Now Paul's big score is in jeopardy when he discovers that his competition on the job is none-other than his hero, the legendary hitman "The Snake"!

Australian filmmaker Mark Savage, director of Marauders and Defenceless: A Blood Symphony (both coming soon from Subversive Cinema in single-film DVDs), brings this sex-soaked, gun-crazy, twisted action-comedy where the worlds of John Woo, David Lynch and Quentin Tarantino all collide with high-octane energy leading to a tragically comedic conclusion guaranteed to be unlike anything found in recent American cinema.

This DVD of Sensitive New Age Killer boasts numerous special features including a feature-length commentary with Savage and cinematographer/co-writer David Richardson, a making-of featurette, cast and crew bios and an extensive stills gallery.

S.R.P. is $19.95 and Sensitive New Age Killer streets on April 24, 2007.
